India: Shimla court gives death penalty to three for 4-year-old boy’s murder

Earlier, the court had held all the three-- Chander Sharma, Tajender Singh and Vikrant Bakshi--guilty under Sections 302 , 347 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.



The district and sessions court on Wednesday awarded death penalty to three persons convicted in the sensational kidnapping and murder of four-year-old Yug Gupta in 2014.
